Many people have tried professional service providers like psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, counsellors, social workers, and more.

Some have felt better, while some have chosen another route: calling a Life Coach.

I've gotten many calls from people saying:

"This is the first time I'm calling a Life Coach"

or

"I've been to psychologists and therapists in the past, and now I want to try a Life Coach".

It's important to know that therapists and Life Coaches are not the same, with different focuses, education, and abilities to help you with different matters.

Mental health practitioners like therapists that can diagnose and treat mental illnesses.  These include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and so forth.

On the other hand, Life Coaches are goal-focused, both for your personal & professional goals.

Life Coaches can help you get unstuck in your dating life, relationships, job, career, or business, or to help you lose weight, and more.

Through locating and changing limiting beliefs, Coaches can help you get unstuck in many areas of your life.

Coaches may work with your past, as long as it provides valuable information to move forward in both the present and the future.

Coaches  also have a future oriented, results-focused approach, to help you make changes to get your results now, and moving forward.
